What a great post. Emotions are part of us that some people don’t really give credit to. Emotions are so complex, but it is so important to listen to them. If there is an emotion that bothers us…dig deeper and you will find an incredible force to push you through to your next level.

Tienes razón,
la “inteligencia emocional” es algo que no nos enseñan en la escuela y que debemos aprender por nuestra cuenta si queremos tener resultados en nuestros empeñons, hay personas que tienen una cierta “inteligencia social” y de forma intuitiva saben como actuar, otros aprenden a observar, pero de la manera que sea, es imprescindible manejar las emociones de manera adecuada.

Sometimes we don’t know how to deal with our emotions, but the changes we learn to do at that level are the ones help us to growth
and thanks for mentioning Tony Robbins, he is another great teacher I enjoy to read.
